A national telecommunications company needed to manage and maintain a complex infrastructure network — physical infrastructure, optical fibers, communications equipment and active network components spread across thousands of kilometers — where the information had to serve a wide range of stakeholders, from planning and engineering, through execution and maintenance, to service and operations systems.
